"I've wondered for years, actually, why the chairmen of these companies don't just get in a Honda or a Toyota and drive it around the block. I think one drive around the block, they'd figure out that 'geez, this isn't bad, no wonder people buy these cars.' But their arrogance has prevented them from doing that. ... What I think is ironic and, again, hypocritical on the part of Congress is that they're holding back.
